Danielle Dagato was absolutely amazing!!! I cannot express how excellent and easy she made the entire process of booking our Disney trip. She was always available for any questions and responded back so quickly. She helped me book experiences and lightning lanes and walked me through the process on how to use my Disney experience app. My family had the most amazing time and we are looking forward going back to Disney again! I cannot recommend Danielle enough! 🥰

5 stars! Working with Shannon Robinson was the best decision for our Universal Studios trip. She secured great perks, kept a close eye on discounts the whole time, and was incredibly helpful with every question I had. Her insider knowledge of the parks made planning so much easier and less stressful. Highly recommend Shannon and her team if you’re heading to Universal!

For my entire life I’ve always booked, planned and purchased everything for my trips. I joined the Favorite Grampy Travels Facebook group to get tips and tricks for my universal studios Florida trip. But after spending a few weeks with the community I reached out to Shannon Robinson (travel advisor) to see if she could save me some money and review my plan. She had inside knowledge on so many things I never knew, and even got us set up in a hotel with breakfasts, dinners and snacks included. For a family of six, this saved us a ton of money to use at the parks instead. On top of that Shannon was able to get us some perks for the parks that we can’t get booking independently. Overall the benefits and professionalism is incredible. I’ll always reach out to Shannon for my trips going forward.

Planned a list minute trip to Universal Studios FL a few weeks ago. Discovered from a Facebook group that if you have breakfast reservations to the Leaky Cauldron you can get into Universal an hour early. Someone recommended Christy Knox at Favorite Grampy Travels to help secure these reservations, and I am so grateful. Christy was so easy to work with, and she worked so quickly to get the reservations for me. She was incredibly kind and gave me so wonderful tips about navigating Universal. I'll definitely reach out to Christy Knox again the next time I go to Universal Studios!

We cannot thank Laura Donovan enough for planning and booking our trip to Disney and Universal this summer. Laura went above and beyond to ensure our trip was everything we hoped it would be. Hotels, park tickets, transfers- She perfectly took care of all that we asked. She was consistently professional, helpful and kind. She always went above and beyond- answering all of our questions quickly, and ensuring we made the best decisions for our family. Our Universal hotel price dropped significantly after we had booked and paid, and she immediately was able to credit us the difference- which was so wonderful! It is obvious Laura loves what she does and she is excellent at it. Thank you so much Laura!

Laura helped us last year with Universal and Epic Universe and we just got back from a trip to Discovery Cove, Aquatica, SeaWorld, and Busch Gardens. She answers all questions and provides lots of tips and tricks that one might not know about each park.

Julie S made our trip to Universal Orlando a breeze! Everything from the shuttle transportation to and from the airport to hotel check in was so seamless! Our itinerary was also very detailed but easy to understand. She also saved us a pretty penny with a hotel price drop! Would definitely recommend and we will plan our next trip with her again! 😀

We were travelling from the UK as a family of 3 generations and wanted it to be a holiday of a lifetime. My daughter in law found Favorite Grumpy Travels online and built up a relationship with Sadie. We cannot recommend Sadie highly enough. She helped us plan our VIP tours of Universal, Disney and Seaworld. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and answered all our questions. She advised us and helped us book a stroller as well as organising a surprise basket of snacks which was delivered to our villa. Sadie is a true treasure.

I cannot recommend this agency enough! Our travel agent was Nicole Damiano and she was absolutely fantastic. She found us a great deal and was with us every step of the way any time I had a question she would answer them all and booked everything we needed booking. We had an amazing trip thanks to her and her suggestions.

Laura helped me plan a recent family vacation to Punta Cana & she made things so easy for me. She helped me narrow down resort options based on my needs, answered all my questions promptly, booked it all & emailed me detailed confirmation info along with tips/tricks. I can’t begin to express how glad I am that we found this company. The amount of information that we’ve been able to get from their FB pages, which are all amazing and very well managed, has been so helpful in our branching out of our travel comfort zone. And that will definitely continue! And to make it even better, we found the best TA we could ask for. Laura Donovan is absolutely the best! She has helped us on numerous trips so far, including the family Disney cruise that we just returned from. From beginning to end she was there all the way, answering any and all questions I or any of my family had. AND she saved us money by updating our reservation after we had already booked it. She is the best! Thank you Laura for everything, and on to the next adventure!!

I don’t even know how to thank Jolene for the amazing job she did booking our Walt Disney World trip for us! We just got home and we all definitely feel it was our best trip ever!! Jolene was wonderful! Communication was great, she was able to get all reservations and lightening lanes that we wanted. My family was so excited with how she booked the lightening lanes so we weren’t bopping back and forth in the parks since she made them in order of where they are in the parks. I absolutely recommend Favorite Grampy Travels and especially Jolene! So glad we are working with her again already for our next trip!

I had the best luck finding Christy Knox and was so grateful for her help in helping me plan a trip to Universal and Hollywood Studios for our family. It is so overwhelming trying to figure everything out and she was the calm to my trip planning. She was so patient with me and it was so nice of her to make herself available to chat on the phone. She was always very timely with her responses and she even watched out trip and saved us additional $$ when the price dropped before we actually went to Florida. I cannot recommend her enough!
